We collect information you provide (such as name, email, service address, and job notes) and information needed to operate the service (such as job status, timestamps, and location coordinates for service fulfillment).

2) Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. RDYOps does not store full card numbers. Stripe may collect and process payment information in accordance with their policies.

3) How we use information

We use information to provide the service, connect customers with operators, process payments, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the product experience.

4) Sharing

We share only what is necessary to fulfill a job request (for example, service location and job details with the assigned operator) and to process payments (through Stripe).
