1) About RDYOps

RDYOps (“RDYOps”, “we”, “us”) provides a marketplace that connects customers with independent service operators for on-demand services including snow plowing, salting, and lawn mowing, with national coverage.

2) Pricing

Prices are shown before you confirm a job request. Final charges may depend on actual service completion and applicable adjustments (if any), which will be disclosed in the product experience.

3) Payments

A payment method may be required before submitting a job request. RDYOps may place a pre-authorization hold when a job is broadcast. You are charged only once the job is completed, subject to these Terms.

4) Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations before operator acceptance are free. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case.

5) Operators

Operators are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of RDYOps. Service availability and timing may vary by location and conditions.
